Bishop Charles Anderson, Senior Lead Pastor

​Bishop Charles E. Anderson is the dynamic Founder and Senior Pastor of Trinity Worship Center International Ministries and the Apostolate of Trinity Global Assemblies with thriving campuses in Haines City and Sebring, Florida. With more than 30 years of dedicated service, he stands as a pillar of leadership and faith in the Polk County region and beyond. Known for his unwavering commitment to both spiritual and civic advancement, Bishop Anderson is a respected community leader, activist, and visionary who has left an indelible mark across Highlands, Hardee, and Polk Counties.

His extensive service includes leadership roles on the Boards of Directors for numerous organizations, where he has driven missions focused on healthcare, housing, education, and community development. Appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush to the Highlands County Housing Authority, Bishop Anderson also served as a Board Trustee at Highlands Regional Medical Center for over 16 years and has been a trusted advisor on leadership councils, including one under Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.

A seasoned fire service professional, Bishop Anderson brings over three decades of expertise in emergency disaster management, safety, and code enforcement. His distinguished career includes serving as Fire Marshal and Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Avon Park, and later retiring as the Chief Fire Official and Director of Safety, Fire, and Health Compliance for Orange County Public Schools—the 9th largest school district in the nation. In this role, he oversaw district-wide compliance with OSHA standards, fire codes, and safety regulations across all campuses.

Bishop Anderson’s influence stretches globally. As former President of Mission to Africa, he partnered with leaders such as the President of Ghana and the Deputy Governor of Cross River State to deliver vital medical supplies and healthcare to underserved regions across East and West Africa. He also served as Director of the St. Chad Diocese of East and West Africa, further amplifying his international impact.

A passionate communicator, Bishop Anderson produced and hosted the weekly television program Public Safety Awareness on WOCX Channel 5, educating the public on life-saving safety practices. 

His academic journey includes a Doctorate of Divinity and multiple master’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Ministry Leadership from Logos University and Warner University. He is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in Sacramental Theology and Organizational Leadership.

Bishop Anderson’s life is a testament to servant leadership—bridging faith, public service, and global outreach. His legacy continues to inspire transformation wherever he serves.

Leading lady Dr. Judith F. Anderson, Senior Lead co-pastor

Dr. Judith F. Anderson is a dynamic spiritual leader, visionary, and advocate for women’s empowerment. She serves as the Executive Vice President and Senior Co-Pastor/Co-Founder of Trinity Worship Center International Ministries, Inc. (Trinity Church), alongside her husband of 45 years, Bishop Dr. Charles E. Anderson, Founder and Senior Lead Pastor. Together, they also co-founded the former Trinity Believe Academy, LLC, a preschool initiative.

She is also the Executive Vice President of WARM of Central Florida, Inc., a nonprofit committed to outreach and transformation.

Dr. Judith holds a Doctorate in Divinity, a Master’s in Christian Education, and a Bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Logos University in Jacksonville, Florida. Deepening her prophetic ministry, she graduated Salutatorian from Dr. Sheila Spencer’s Prophetic and Dream Institute in Orlando. She is a licensed and ordained pastor in the state of Florida.

A champion for women, Dr. Judith is the Founder and President of Women with a Purpose, an initiative focused on uplifting and empowering women through education and spiritual growth. She also founded When Moms Pray, a life group supporting women in prayer and purpose.

In 2008, she launched the Women Empowered for Breakthrough Conference, providing vital health awareness and creating a platform to address the unique challenges faced by women of color. She continues to host empowerment and health seminars for women of all backgrounds, and is a strong advocate for Angels of Destiny, a mentorship program for girls ages 8–21.

In 2024, she founded The Passion Place, a transitional home for survivors of domestic abuse, reflecting her deep compassion and mission to heal and uplift.

For over a decade, she has served as Secretary of Unity in the Community of N.E. Polk County, FL, a nonprofit uniting communities through outreach events, including job readiness programs, back-to-school drives, homeless support, and holiday initiatives—all organized with her husband.

A gifted praise and worship leader, prophetess, mentor, and powerful speaker, Dr. Judith ushers in healing and hope through anointed music and the Word. Her voice inspires, and her presence transforms. She is also a recording artist, with her new single “Release the Sound” set to debut in January 2026, and her upcoming book “Pushing from Pain to Purpose” currently in the works.

Dr. Judith is a proud mother of two sons, Charles II (Shaelis) and Javier (Chassidee), grandmother to nine, and great-grandmother to two. Her life is a testimony of faith, love, and unshakable purpose.
