FOUNDER & SENIOR PASTOR

Bishop Dr. Charles E. Anderson is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Trinity Church in Haines City and Sebring, Florida. With over 30 years of service, he has led in public safety, healthcare, education, and global outreach.

He holds a Doctorate of Divinity and multiple master’s degrees and is pursuing a second Ph.D. in Sacramental Theology and Organizational Leadership. His mission is simple: faith in action, service with purpose.

FOUNDER & SENIOR PASTOR

Leading Lady Dr. Judith F. Anderson is the Executive Vice President and Senior Co-Pastor of Trinity Church, which she co-founded with her husband of 45 years, Bishop Dr. Charles E. Anderson.

She holds a Doctorate in Divinity and degrees in Christian Education and Biblical Studies from Logos University. A prophetic voice, gifted worship leader, and dynamic speaker, Dr. Anderson is passionate about empowering women and transforming communities.

PASTORS CECIL & TIFFANY SHAW

SEBRING CAMPUS PASTORS

Pastors Cecil and Tiffany Shaw have faithfully served at Trinity Worship Center for nearly nine years. Married for almost 17 years and blessed with three children, they are passionate about serving God and His people.

Pastor Cecil has been in ministry for over 16 years and is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. Pastor Tiffany has served in ministry for more than 20 years and has a heart for young girls and women, dedicating her life to seeing lives transformed through the power of God. She is also a student at Warner University.

Together, they are preparing to lead and launch Trinity Church’s newest location, coming soon.
